Suzanne Kelliher
Catastrophic Injury Litigation
Suzanne Dvorak Kelliher has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. She obtained a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 1996. Suzanne focuses her practice on probate estate matters including guardianships for minors and adults and decedent’s estates, as well as special needs and government benefits planning for disabled individuals. Prior to her current practice, Suzanne was a partner at Mullen, Minella & Kelliher for 10 years with a focus on catastrophic injury litigation.
Suzanne’s personal experience both with injury litigation and with her own family has led her to be an advocate for families having children with special needs. Suzanne also takes special interest in representing families of Chicago fire fighters who have died in the line of duty from Covid related illness. Suzanne is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Illinois State Bar Association and the West Suburban Bar Association, for which she is a past-President.

John E. Dvorak

John E. Dvorak received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and received his B.A. from Elmhurst College in 1963. John was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1966, and has been a general law practitioner in Westchester, Illinois, and surrounding communities for more than 50 years.
During his career, John has represented the municipalities of the Berkeley, Hillside, Stone Park and Northlake, as well as various other governmental entities. John also represents private clients in many areas of law, including corporate matters, probate estates and estate planning. John has represented clients in thousands of real estate closings during his career, including both residential and commercial real estate.
In 1969, John was elected as a delegate to the Illinois Constitutional Convention where he was involved with the amending of our Illinois Constitution. John also had been a long time member and former president of the Bellwood Lions Club and past chairman of the Board of Governors of the Bellwood Boys & Girls Club.
